Our long-standing client, a leading provider of comprehensive retail solutions, is expanding its Customer Support team and is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to support a Senior Account Manager with the day to day running of one of their prestigious clients

Role Overview:
You will collaborate closely with your Account Manager to ensure our clients receive excellent service and your responsibilities will include:
* Addressing customer queries promptly and building strong, lasting relationships.
* Monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating replenishment efforts.
* Collaborating with suppliers tosource items at competitive prices and within specified lead times.
* Generating and delivering regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
The Person
* Previous experience in customer service or purchasing roles, preferablywithin retail or manufacturing.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks.
* A demonstrated aptitude for building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
* Proficiency in analytical and IT skills.
