FRS Recruitment have a excellent opportunity for a Accounts & Office Administrator to join out client in Co Cavan. This is a full time,permanent position.
Duties will include:
* Provide accounts support to other members of the financial staff, such as Accountants and Bookkeepers
* Dealing with all aspects ofcustomer orders.
* Scheduling orders for delivery
* Dealing with product returns and credit notes. Dealing with customer enquiries, requests, back orders and record management.
* Ensuring all customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
* Liaising with Warehouses to ensure efficient & timely delivery of product to customers.
* Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures.
* Support Sales Teams & Managers Provideadministrative support to other departments, as required Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
* Handle communicationsvia Email from Customers
* General day to day Office support/administrative duties.
Requirements:
· IT literate with excellent knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), Microsoft Word, Sage 50 Accounts, and other office applications.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritise and proactively manage workload and solve problems.
· Deadline and results driven.
· Act professionally and courteously with all colleagues and members of the public.
