Description:
My client who is based just outside Mallow, on the way to Kanturk is looking for an administrator to join their team. This role could suit a recent grad who is eager to learn and develop their career.
Duties:
* General administration including the preparation of emails, letters and reports as required.
* Sales orders/requesting and processing of purchase orders, invoicing.
* Match suppliers' invoices with Purchase Orders and process on the accounts system.
*Updating job details to ensure jobs are ready for invoicing.
* Setting up customers and suppliers' details on the system as required.
* Creating reports for management.
* Database management.
* Ad-hoc duties as they arise including covering otheradministrative roles as required.
Requirements:
* Have an excellent administrative ability and accounting experience.
* Have good working experience in commercial / industry.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Publisher), ERP and CRM systems is desirable.
* Be able to time manage efficiently while working to a deadline..
* Have excellent verbal, and written communication skills essential.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience in the implementation ofnew ERP systems including the migration of data is desirable.
