My client, an electrical contracting business, is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team based inKilkenny City. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
Tasks & Duties
* General office administration duties
* Printing and organisation of files
* Ensure policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date
* Answering the phone
* Admin support duties to estimating and accounts departments
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail imperative

Salary: €25000 - €30000 per annum
