Description:
I'm currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy team in Dunboyne, Co. MeathTHE ROLE:
* Log, track and assign all service calls on the Helpdesk
* Provide quotes and PO's to customers and follow up when quotes are issued
* Prepare H&S documents for site works and manage all H&S issues
* Manage PPE gear and place orders
* Prepare and manage project resources
* High volume of customer interaction
* Book training courses for staff* Manage Key client spares stock
* Attend weekly meetings to schedule service calls
* Prepare worksheets
REQUIREMENTS:* Previous admin and invoicing experience
* Attention to detail and data entry skills
* Communication skills and organisation skills
* Understanding and knowledge of health and safety
* Good IT skills
* Immediately available
* 8 week training will be provided
This is a full time 1 year contract with an immediate start.
