The Role
My client, one of Ireland's top ten professional services firm is seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join theirteam based in Mayo. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
As the Administrator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support while also managing reception duties with finesse.
Tasks& Duties
* Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placingorders.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 year's experience in a busy administrative position.
* Excellent IT skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Outstanding customer service skills.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
