My client who is based in Limerick City is looking for an experienced Receptionist /Administrator to join their team. This role could also suit a recent grad who is looking for an opportunity to get their foot in the door of a wellestablished and reputable company.
Monday to Friday 9-5 (Office Based)
Duties:
* Answering calls in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining the database for calls/enquiries
* Dealing with general enquiries from customers
*Meeting and greeting clients on arrival to office.
* Typing
* Filing
* Dealing with third party suppliers
* General office duties
Requirements:
* Strong customer service skills
* Microsoft Office (Word and excel)

* Previous relevant experience
