MCG Construction is recruiting for an Administrator to support a Highways Contract for a leading main contractorYou will be
* Reporting to the operations Manager (Maintenance)
* Day to day administration support of Kent contract supporting the Operations Manager and other members of the management
* Committing and analysing task orders with an agreed period. Ensuring schedule of rate items, cost centre, target completion date and ensuring job descriptions are correct
* Receiptand management of Electrical Test Certificates
* Working hours 40 hour per week from 7.30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday* You will have extensive administration experience
* Strong PC Skills particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
* Must have excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail are essential
* Able to work under pressure in a busy office environment
* Have a flexible approach to working and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
