£24,000 to £28,000 + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:

As part of our growth plans, we're seeking an experienced Administrator to join the business in a pivotal role where you'll provide operational administrative support to; Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance & IT functions, and take a proactive approach to add real value to the business.
The successful candidate will need to be a dynamic individual who is able to learn new skills quickly, someone who enjoys a varied workload and can confidently take hands-on ownership & delivery of small projects.

THE ADMINISTRATOR:
* Providing support to the department managers and the Managing Director
* Assisting with administrative tasks to support key business functions such as; Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR and general management of the office
* Answering incoming calls, taking messages and transferring to the team members
* Managing the central marketing inbox and distributing enquiries to the correct teams
* Proof reading job adverts and authorising on the system
* Supporting the MD with basic finance/accounts activities such as creating invoicing and inputting purchase invoices* Maintaining the HR Software and creating Offer Letters for new starters
* Conducting monthly Health & Safety / Facilities Checks in the office
* Ordering supplies such as stationery, soft drinks & kitchen supplies
* Organising monthly social and team building events
* Hands-on management and delivery of small business projects
* Management of the CRM Data and Ensuring good levels of data quality
* Reporting IT & Telecoms issues to external providers and setting up computers for newstarters
THE PERSON:
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Must have current experience in an Admin, Administrator, Sales Support Admin or Office Coordinator / Office Management position, or similar
* Excellent verbal & written professionalcommunication skills
* Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
* Confident around technology and have excellent numerical skills
* Proactive approach with a focus of adding value and making efficiency's
Desirable Experience:
*Experience of working within Administration focused position within a recruitment agency or commercial sales office
* Previously used recruitment specific CRM / ATS software
* Any experience of creating invoices / Basic accounts work would be an advantage
