Get Recruited is exclusively working with a long-established and fast-growing technology business which is located in the Redditch area. As part of their growth plans, they're now seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join the team to become an integral part of the business.

As an Office Administrator, you'll be undertaking a variety of responsibilities which includes; providing PA support to the Director, Administrative support to the finance team and generally looking after the general office support tasks.

THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

* Working closely with the Director and Finance team, you'll be providing vital administration support to ensure smooth operation of the division.
* Meeting and greeting visitors at reception.
* Dealing with phone and email queries from clients and customers
* Managing diaries and organising meetingsand appointments
* Booking and arranging international travel, transport and accommodation
* Ordering office stationery andsupplies
* Assisting the Management Accountant in posting and raising invoices
* Providing support in processing company expenses
* Updating and maintaining spreadsheets for data entry
* Undertaking ad hoc duties as and when required by the finance team.

THE PERSON:

* Experience in an Office Administrator position, or similar role, such as; Admin, Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator, Personal Assistant / PA
* Experience of using MS Excel skills to an intermediate level (be able to create basic formulas)
* Proactive individual with an excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Organised and meticulous approach when carrying out tasks.
