Get Recruited is working with a well-established Motor insurance company who are looking to add an Administrator to their Expanding team. If you have experience in Administration, Reception, Customer Service, Finance or any office-based work and are looking to fast track your career in a rewarding business, this opportunity is not tobe missed!
THE ROLE:
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Producing and directing Invoice Packs
* Representing Penalty Charge Notices
* Liaising with clients and external working partners
* Assisting the Accountants with general duties
THE PERSON:
* Proficiency in MS Office, Especially Excel
* Experience using Sage Accounts is preferable but not essential
* Strong numeracy skills
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
