FRS Recruitment is currently inviting applications for the role of Agri Advisor. Indeed, this this is a full time role.
Our client has offices based in Co. Kerry, however there is a full time remote options to work from home for this role.
In this roleyou will deal directly with Farmers over the phone and advise them on farming best practices.
The ideal candidate will comewith a strong Agri Background, experience with Farm Audits would be an advantage also. An Agri related degree would also be an advantage. We will also conisder Agri Graduates for this role, or general Graduates with a Farming background.
You will have demonstrated people skills, possibly gained through customer focused roles either over the phone or Face to Face.
Summary of role
Ideally, candidate should be familiar with dairy, beef and/or sheep farming systems but full training will be provided. Role will involve incoming and outgoing telephone calls offering support to producers, recording all interactions on a bespoke CRM system. Candidates should have excellent telephone manner and be competent in the use of CRM as well as MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Applicants should have experience of working well in teams and have demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
