We are currently recruiting for experienced Call Centre Agents to joina busy office based in Drogheda, Co. Louth
The role will involve dealing with high volume inbound calls from customers and resolving queries, updating the system, account payments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Good spoken and written English
* Excellent customer service skills
* Immediately available
* Good IT and Microsoft skills
* Attention to detail
* Full training will be provided
