SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Chat Moderator Manager in Malta for an exciting growing iGaming brand that forms part of a global brand. As the Chat Moderator Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Chat Moderators. On offer is an excellent salary plus a dynamic & working environment.
Chat Moderator Manager Responsibilities:

Ensure yourself and the team fully understand current promotions / offers
*
Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement unique entertainment ideas
*
Rota management of the team plus leave / absence
*
Appraisals / performance reviews and managing any grievances plus disciplinary processes
*
Hiring andon boarding of new team members as required & assist in training
*
With the team, ensure that customers are interacting in an appropriate manner (quality assurance checks to be made)
*
To identify and prevent players from risk addiction through established procedures as needed
Chat Moderator Manager Requirements:
*
Native Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills
*
Must be eligible to work in Malta
*
Proven knowledge of bingo / online gaming*
Experience in a similar chartroom / social media environment
*
Previous experience of team management
*
Excellent attention to detail
