An excellent manufacturing business are seeking to recruit a Claims Analyst to join them on a six-month contract basis to assist with extra work load
This role will be on site for the first few weeks and after initial training will become a hybrid role with requirement to work on site 2 or 3 daysper week
The Claims Analyst role:
* You will receive claims from the customer
* You will populate the claims into necessary trackers and templates accurately
* You will process claims within an agreed time frame
* You will work with other members of the department where necessary to acquire more information to close out claims
* You will process debit notes where necessary
* You will ensure compliance with Health & Safety
The successful Claims Analyst:
* Must be PC literate* Experience with MS Office, mail and excel
* Good communication skills
* Ability to talk to customers
* Experience incustomer services/relations is desirable but not essential
* Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to a busy and varied role

£11.56 - PAYE
