In partnership with the HSE I'm currently recruiting for a number of Clerical Officers to join the Covid-19 Vaccination Centre in Portlaoise, Co. Laois
THE ROLE:
* Provide clerical support to the vaccinator's, nurses and centre coordinators
* Managing, planning an organising appointments
* Responsible for opening / closing of the clinic
* Responsible for smooth running of appointments / clinic
* Responsible for processing of patient information and data entry
* Managing patient forms / charts
* Dealing with members of the public and HSE staff
* 35 hours / over 7 days
* 13.74 euro per hour
* Full time temporary position
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
* Must have excellent ITand excel skills
* Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
* Must have planning, organising anddiary management skills
* Immediately available
* Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
