Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer for our client based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
THE ROLE:
* Day to day administration duties
* Data entry and managing the CRM system
* Assisting other staff members when required
* Dealing with members of the public
* Answering queries over the phone and face to face
* Finance - flare forfigures and attention to detail (dealing with expenses, receipts, invoicing)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous administration experience within a busy environment
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Numerical ability and finance experience
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Attention to details and data entry skills
* Immediately available
This is a part time - 30 hour week, temporary on going position with a immediate start.
