Description:
I'm currently recruiting for a Grade 4 Clerical Officer for our busy client based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
The Role:
* Checking in and admitting customers
* Data entry of customer records
* Working a 12-hour shift ona 3-day week rote (Monday to Wednesday / Wednesday to Friday - occasionally working weekend covering holiday/sick leave
* Extensive administration and phone management
* Working in a very busy environment
* Working along side of other administrationstaff and consultants
Requirements:
* Good administration experience
* Previous experience in working a busy reception/admissions environment
* Good keyboard skills and a fast typist
* Attention to detail
* Experience in data input
* Goodknowledge of Microsoft Office and IT Skills
* Good written and spoken English
* Good and professional manner towards customers
* Flexible as you may be required to cover other shifts due to sick/holiday leave
