I'm currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer Grade IV to join a busy team in Cavan.
The Role:
* Provideadministration support to the project management team
* Provide support in areas such as planning and management
* Claims and customer data processing
* Provide support to the day to day operations of the services
* Clerical duties such as typing,filing and archiving
* Answering of customer queries over the phone and face to face
Requirements:
* Previous administration / clerical experience in a fast paced environment
* Good level of IT Literacy in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interact with people in a positive, professional and courteous manner.
* Ability to work under pressure, completing tasks in a timely fashion to tight deadlines.
* Must be able to organise owntime effectively, prioritising own workload and setting realistic timescales.
* Understand and adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
