Description:
In partnership with the HSE, FRS is currently seeking Clerical Officers Grade IV with HR experience to join a busy team in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath
This is a full time temporary role with a immediate start
The role:
Work closely with the HR team and payroll to embed therecruitment and on boarding process for all of the services recruitment needs.
* Train on SAP and become one of the lead person's for queries on all of the hospitals posts.
* Become the recruitment resource for all queries that staff may have regarding recruiting replacement posts.
* Contribute and support for the recruitment plan, linking in with the Recruitment Lead and Specialists to agree on processes and time-lines.
* Provide high level support to the recruitment processes and have ownershipof some recruitment campaigns.
* Ensure HR operational processes are maintained to a high standard (e.g. recruitment, payrolland data recording).
* Working continually with the recruitment team to ensure recruitment process meets needs of stakeholders.
* Assist in the departments general administration duties and provide support to ensure the overall running of a responsiveHR service.
* Assist in the implementation of HR projects as required.
* Manage the job postings on the various distributions sites.
* Responsible for delivering transnational HR services including issuing employment offer letters, employment contracts and maintaining up to date personnel records.
* Advice, research, create or amend job descriptions for all new posts as advised by the Recruitment Lead.
* Manage the on-boarding process for new starters, from offer, acceptance to completed probation.
* Support changes in accordance with the hospitals strategic goals.
* Facilitate and oversee interviews as required
* Working Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
* 16.02 euro per hour
Requirements:
* Previous HR Admin / Recruitment experience essential
* Previous administration experience essential
* SAP experience a advantage
* Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Must have excellent attention o details and data processing skills
* Proficient IT skills
* Immediately available
