SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Client Relations Supervisor to join a dynamic start-up Cryptocurrency company. The Client Relations Supervisor will help to create and lead a professional Customer Service team ensuring the highest possible customer service is provided at all times.
Client Relations Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
* Support team management and perform management duties when the Manager is absent* Assist with the creation of customer help pages and procedures/policies
* Supervision and monitoring of the team ensuringthat policies and procedures are followed
* Assist in the the recruitment process and training of new team members
* Hold regular team meetings
* Generate and share report results with the team and management
* Provide a high level of customer services, including answering customer queries and covering customer complaints when needed
Client Relations Supervisor Experience and Skills:
* Excellent English communication skills
* Previous people management skills
* A keen interest in the Blockchain industry
* Proactive and willing to take ownership
* Experience interviewing and providing employee training
* Ability to multitask
* Highly motivated with the ability to also motivate team members
