The Role
My client, a professional services firm based in Carlow is seeking an experienced Company Formation Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position (1 day on-site per week).
As the Company Formation Administrator, you will assist in providing professional company formation services to accountants, solicitors, directors, tax advisors and other professionals.
Tasks & Duties
* Drafting company formation documentation.
* Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries and backgrounds.
* Liaising with clients and the Company RegistrationOffice on a regular basis.
* Preparing reports for the management team.
* Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Knowledge,Experience and Qualifications
* A minimum of two year's experience in a busy, administration role.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong IT skills with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
* Strong ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in managing a portfolio of clients would be a distinct advantage.
