Concept Resourcing are currently working with a market leading retailer, who are currently lookingto recruit a Performance Analyst into their Customer Insights Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experienceanalysing contact centre data to join a dynamic company who value their employees.
Salary - £35k-40k + bonus + benefitsLocation - currently part remote basis, office based near Hemel Hempstead
Shift Patterns - Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm witha 5pm finish on Fridays
The Package
* £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary per annum
* 5% bonus per annum (50% individual targets, 50% company performance)

The Role
* Driving customer experience through analytics
* Monitor contact centre performance through analytics
* Drive performance through actionable analytics
* Monitor key strategic priorities through continued analysis
* Simplify data landscapes into key areas
* Monitor the commercial landscape
Experience Required
* Experience dealing with analytics within a high-volume contact centre environment
* E-Commerce experience is beneficial
* Technical degree or equivalent industry experience
* Strong communication skills
* Experience working within an Agile environment
