Concept Resourcing are currently working with a market leadingretailer, who are currently looking to recruit a Performance Analyst into their Customer Insights Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience analysing contact centre data to join a dynamic company who value their employees.Salary - £35k-40k + bonus + benefits
Location - currently part remote basis, office based near Watford
Shift Patterns - Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm with a 5pm finish on Fridays
The Package
* £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary per annum
* 5% bonus per annum (50% individual targets, 50% company performance)

* Monitor contact centre performance through analytics
* Drive performancethrough actionable analytics

* Monitor the commercial landscape
Experience Required
* Experience dealing with analytics within a high-volume contact centre environment
* E-Commerce experience is beneficial
* Technical degree or equivalent industry experience
* Strong communication skills
* Experience working within an Agile environment
