Description:

Concept resourcing are currently recruiting for a Contracts Co-ordinator to join a well-established team based in Peterbourgh on a hybrid basis.

The aim of this role is to assist with the tracking and management of various contracts in a timely and effective manner.

Hybrid working: 2 days in the office based in Peterborough and 3 days from home

Main Duties:

* Input all relevant contractual information into the Contracts system within SLA
* Gather any missing or incorrect information from other departments in order to ensure accurate contractual information for the customer and for Service Delivery
* Create and chase contractual documentation and welcome packs
* Management of filing (hard and electronic)
* Contracts Management mailbox participation within SLA
* Set up contract billing schedules
* Carry out routine contract billing tasks
* Respond to general contract enquiries from the rest of the business including Sales andOperations
* Administration tasks may also be required

Experience required:

* Prior experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft word/Excel
* Previous experience in a contract management/administration isdesirable
* Must be highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and fast changing environment
* Competent on Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
* Strong relationship building skills

Package details:

* Initial 3 months contract (possibility to extend)
* £13.78 per hour (Umbrella rate - Inside IR35)
* Monday - Friday throughout duration of contract
* 9am - 5.30pm*

This contract has been deemedan inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions.
