Corporate Receptionistis required for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies who are committed to helping protect people worldwide fromthe threat of infectious diseases.
Working in a state of the art office in London you'll be working in a friendly multicultural team making a great first impression and representing company values.
We are looking for an experience Receptionist and Facilities Co-ordinator, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. You will be rewarded with a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 p.a. plus bonus and benefits. Based in the office with closest tube links of Covent Garden and Temple.
You will need to be/have:* Proven corporate Reception experience.
* Strong facilities knowledge.
* Professional and totally customer service focused.
* Can-do attitude.
Receptionist duties include:
* Working with facilities and vendors to ensure smooth day to day running of the office.
* Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
* Preparing meeting and training rooms.
* Organise off-site meeting room bookings.
* Receive and send out daily mail/deliveries.
* Ensure reception and general office area is tidy and presentable.
* Stationery and consumables are ordered and well stocked.
* Supporting withEA/PA duties when required.
