Description:

My client, one of the world's leading accountancy andadvisory organisations based in Ireland and other 167 countries, is looking for a Manager - Corporate Secretarial Services on apermanent basis to join their team in Dublin.

You will have 2-3 direct reports, portfolio ownership of clients over variousindustries, and will report to senior management becoming a part of the decision- making process within the department.

You will contribute to the achievement of the department's goals and maintaining a dynamic culture within the corporate secretarial department.

Other of your key responsibilities will be:

* Playing an integral role in team development by coaching and mentoring team members and assisting with their career development
* Conducting performance evaluations of team members
* Overseeing the work of other team members
* Managing a large portfolio of diverse clients across varied industry sectors
* Proactively supporting and advising our clients in relation to their obligations under the Companies Act 2014 to include annual compliance requirements and other relevant statutory requirements
* Developing new and existing relationships with clients
* Involved in transactions of a technical nature, advising clients of same and supporting them through each step
* Hosting and managing client/board meetings
* Managing your portfolio budget
* Managing stakeholder expectations



In order to be successful, you will have:

* Third level qualification in related area
* Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in a business environment.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* ICSA qualified
* Task and administration focused with strong attention to detail
* Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
* Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office programmes and a knowledge of Blueprint or a similar software package
* Ability to work in ateam environment and on their own initiative
* Focus on client delivery
* Ability to supervise, review work and delegate tasks
* Ability to prioritise, manage multiple clients, be resilient and work to tight deadlines
