THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're recruiting for a marketing leadingservices business in Harrow that is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator due to the continued success of the business. As the Customer Service Administrator, you'll be undertaking a pivotal role within the business which will include liaising with business clients, internal departments, producing reports and providing regular updates.

The business is undergoing asignificant period of growth which presents the perfect opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the business and rapidly progress with the company.

THE PACKAGE:

UP TO £26,000 + BENEFITS

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

* Working as a Customer Service Administrator within an office-based environment dealing with existing business customers
* Develop open and effective channels of communication with each Client by building strong working relationships
*Communicate courteously and effectively with Clients by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
* Provide clients with an excellent service from start to finish
* Understand the needs of our clients and be able to respond effectively with a solution* Ensure all clients are contacted on a regular basis for feedback
* Hold regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of service
* Provide regular performance reports and analyse results by monitoring KPIs withthe aim of looking for ways to enhance our performance
* Investigate and resolve any Client issues
* Accompanying the Director and attending meetings with existing clients to deliver presentations and reports
* Encourage revenue growth by ensuring Clients keep using our service and keep them informed about other services
* Improve Clients service procedures, policies, andstandards for the organisation
* Arrange and book Client meetings including travel arrangements
* Draw up client contracts -depending on the size of company, this task may be supported by the Operations Director

THE PERSON:

* You'll need experience in a Customer Service Administrator role or similar, such as, a Client Services Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Account Manager, Sales Administrator, Sales Support Administrator
* Excellent customer service skills and able to build rapport withexisting customers
* Computer literate with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to pick up new systems quickly
* Musthave a strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
