THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively supporting a market leading business based in Hove who are looking to expand their Business Solutions Support team as part of their strategic expansion plans. The company was founded in 2009 and then with further division expansion of thebusiness in 2018 which is now award winning.
Working within the Business Support team, you'll be part of a fast-paced office environment, dealing with customers day to day and providing administrative support along with relevant issues.

Ongoing Training and a Clear Development Path

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Principal Accountabilities:

*Reporting into the Business Solutions Executive you will provide a full administrative support to all members of the business solutions team.
* Provide written reports and MI that the team require on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
* Responsible for chasing documentation from supplier/partners to ensure that we are meeting customer's needs and expectations.
* Handling incoming calls and delivering good customer service to our customers and partners, answering queries or taking appropriate messages when necessary.
* Dealing with complaints, following the correct procedures to ensure the right outcome for both our clientsand partners/suppliers.
* Liaise with the Accounts Manager to provide financial reports, commission spreadsheets and VAT recovery

* Work with the Marketing Executive on campaigns and marketing materials to support the Business Solutions team.
* Attend regular meetings and provide well documented minutes to the Business Solutions Team.
* Ensure you keep up to date with all QCG products, being knowledgeable with all the Business Solutions products: Energy, Telecoms, IT, Employee Benefits, Recruitment & Consultancy, Business Supplies, Health Protection, Wealth Management & Finance and Risk Management meeting monthlyand annual targets.
* Updating TAM at all customer touch points to ensure we meet FCA regulations and valid MI can be taken out of the system to supports SLA's and KPI's.
* Completion of training and development hours to support CPD and CII including mandatory modules via Broker Assess to comply with FCA regulation.
* Following TCF principles and applying FCA's 6 key outcomesto your role.

* Ensure all statutory and company legislation is followed to protect clients, colleagues and business interest.

THE PERSON:
Knowledge & Experience

* Proven experience in delivering customer services, managing relationships with customers, insurers and key stakeholders.
* Background in providing first class administrative support.

Skills* Articulate and presentable with the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good level of numeracy.
* Able to work cooperatively with other team members.
* Ability to work under pressure.
*Competent with Microsoft office suite, word, excel, outlook and databases.
