The Opportunity:
Get Recruitedare recruiting on behalf of a busy retail company who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a busy role where the right candidate would take the lead on the daily running of the showroom, meet with clients,manage appointments and more.
If you are from an Administrator/ Customer service/ Sales/Ecommerce background, then this rolemay be suitable for you.
The Customer Service Administrator role:
* To be an expert on all products and brands
* Contributing to weekly meetings with the different teams
* Manage the showroom appointments diary
* Identify areas of success androom for improvement in the showroom and feedback to management
* Provide advice around products
* Liaise with Suppliers* Answer any enquiries by email and telephone
The candidate:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Organised with time management skills
* Have a creative side and be interested in design
* Have good attention to detail
* Be confident speaking to Clients
