My Client are e looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing companyin the Customer Service Team and become a company formation expert. This job would suit a recent graduate, given the highly technical nature of the role. Your job will be to liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone and email to ensure their queries in relation to company formation are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise. Your job will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise.

You may be asked toreview orders placed to check and correct any errors made for customers before they are sent to Companies House.

There will be a large academic element to the role, as you may be obliged to take and pass courses to improve your knowledge of the industry(paid for by the company). We require all our staff to maintain a high level of expertise in this industry and in our product,as we want to offer the highest level of customer service possible, by being able to answer any questions a customer may have, promptly, no matter how complex.

The role:

* Train with experienced Company Formation experts to become an expert in thecompany formation industry.
* Provide exceptional levels of customer service.
* Drive sales from potential customers, cross-sell additional services and prioritise repeat customers.
* Multi-task by answering calls, LiveChat and email functions to communicate with customers on a daily basis.

Skills Required

* Degree
* Commercial aptitude and salesmanship.
* Able towork with an exceptional efficiency and to strict deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Fast learner.
* Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.
* Calm under pressure.
* Very high level of written and verbal English.
