THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are supporting a rapidly growing company who, due to continued growth, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join its well-established and successful team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be fully supported by an Assistant Manager and Manager to train and develop your skills and knowledge, and be givenongoing training and development to support your growth in your role, and to ensure you are ready to take further progression steps. The company are due to expand hugely again over the next 18 months so there are fantastic opportunities to progress and build your career and excellent earning potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales Advisor / Contact CentreAdvisor / Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Executive / Telesales Executive to join an ambitious industry-leading business as they continue their success and expansion.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:
* Responding to inboundenquiries from new clients and give insight into the company and service
* Speak with potential clients over the phone and inperson
* Upsell all packages, services and promotions
* Take ownership of client accounts and provide full support when needed
* Building strong long-term relationships
* Preparing quotes and sending to the client for approval
* Processing orderson the system making sure all communication between the team is correct
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system
* Conductdaily routines with the team to make sure the store is clean and secure with all facilities fully operational
* Liaising withdifferent departments to ensure the smooth running of the store
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:* Experience within a Sales Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor / Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Executive/ Telesales Executive or similar role is essential
* An interest in working within a fast-paced client-facing industry
* Excellent telephone manner
* Proven relationship builder
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
* Excellent customer service/ care skills
* Competent in MS packages and CRM systems advantageous
