Description:

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents within a commutable distance to Nottingham.

The role involves being part of a help desk to support our client's nationwide operations.

Contract will start W/C 6th February 2023 and will be for a 6 months contract initially with the possibilityof extension.

Package information:

* Hybrid Role (Office time is a must and candidates should live within 1h hour)
* 9am - 5pm
* Monday - Friday work throughout duration of assignment
* £13.50 per hour payable via umbrella partner (inside IR35)
* Site based in Nottingham Head Office
* BPSS clearance carried out and paid for by client

The Role:

Will involvethe following tasks:

* Answering incoming calls and emails
* Accurately logging incidents ensuring all relevant data is captured
* Act as an initial point of contact and ensure that incidents are fully managed through to resolution (escalate whereapplicable)
* Provide an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers
* Work to achieve the set SLA's

The Candidate:

MUST have a minimum of 1 year' employment experience within a Project Coordinator or Administrator roleand be able to demonstrate the following skills:

* Must have excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience
* Be confident with mobile phones and tablet devices
* Must live within 1 hour of Nottingham and be able and willing to attend the office
* MUST be willing and able to pass a BPSS clearance carried out via a third-party partner. Please notethis is a requirement of this role and candidates unwilling to complete the clearance cannot be considered

This contract hasbeen deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
