      Calling all fluent German speakers with excellent customer service and communication skills, looking for a career in finance!

      My client is a privately owned travel company in Essex and is currently recruiting for a German speaking Credit Controller to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to use your German language skills to liaise with German speaking passengers and agents to ensure all bookings are paid on time and deadlines are met. A high level of customer service and excellent telephone manner will need to be maintained at all times, effectively dealing with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner. In order to apply for this position, the candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written German/English. You mustalso drive and be a car owner!

      Job Description:
      *Collecting payments from German speaking agents and passengers via telephone and email
      *Ensuring that all agents and direct bookings are paid on time.
      *Effectively dealing with all payment queries from agents and direct German and English passengers.
      *Account reconciliations
      *Produce weekly and monthly finance reports
      *Liaise with other departments regarding customer disputes and requirements
      *General ad hoc accounts work within the Department.Person Specification:
      *Fluent in both spoken and written German/English
      *You must drive and be a car owner
      *Be able to work in a team environment and also on your own initiative
      *Have a proven track record of working within assigned targets.
      *Havea natural ability to maintain relationships and have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
      *Friendly and confident on the telephone, a good negotiator, be resilient and have a persuasive manner with customers.

      Package:
      A competitivestarting salary of £18k - £20k will be paid to the successful candidate.

      Hours:
