THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited isrecruiting for a well established, Global business in Farnborough who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager tojoin them at an exciting period of change and investment into the Customer Service team.

The successful Customer Service Manager will be responsible for shifting the mindset and ways of working of the existing customer service team to instil a passionfor quality service and relationship building.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Customer Service Manager tohead up this key operational function within the business and grow with the organisation as they continue to expand.

THE ROLE:

* As the Customer Service Manager, you'll be reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director. The successful candidate will be completely responsible for the company's customer service operation
* Hands on leading & supporting of a small Customer Service team who interface with a variety of clients
* Working closely with other stakeholders within the company to ensure smooth continuity of the production process
* Create & deploy a strategy to drive a customer-centric approach with a focus on a positive customer experience
* Deal with end to end customer service from taking orders, liaising with warehouse, distributors, customers and resolving any problems
* Manage a hands-on, end to end customer service and order processing role whilst managing the customer service team
* Being a key contact for the company's largest customers
* Deal with pricing queriesand manage quotations
* Ensure all customer queries are managed and coordinated, involving any relevant personnel where necessary

THE PERSON:

* Must have current experience as a Customer Service Manager
* Previous experience in implementing cultural change within a Customer Service Department
* Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics is desirable
* Excellent people management, coaching and development skills
* Strong communicator who has the ability to build lasting relationships and resolvecomplaints
