Description:
Provide superior level customer services and business support to customers using the service offering. Contribute positively to the team's work efforts, under the instruction andmanagement of the Supervisors and/or Manager to ensure optimal levels of productivity at all times.
Essential:
2 years proven Customer Services Experience
1-2 years experience of a fast paced service environment
Strong, proven self management / motivation skills
Demonstrable knowledge of achieving group/individual targets
Strong understanding of reporting tools and techniques
Strong PC skills including use of excel.
Fluent English and one or more other languages to excellent written/verbal standard
Ability to learn, take instruction and communicate feedback
Ability to operate and communicate in a structured manner.
Desirable:
Experience in the Logistics Industry / Service industry
Business writing skills
Another written/spoken language besides English.

Salary: €26000 -€30000 per annum
