Description:

The RoleMy client, an internationally recognised provider of electronic solutions is seeking an experienced customer service representative with an additional language (French, Spanish, Italian or German) to join their operations based in Kildare. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers both hybrid and fully remote working options (must be located in Ireland).

As the customer service representative you will be responsible for handling customer queries, processing quotation and providing support to the sales team.



Tasks & Duties

* Receive customer queries via email and phone and promptly respond with professionalism and accuracy.
* Utilise SAP software to generate quotations based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
*Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary information for quotations and to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and quotations in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the salesteam to provide support for their activities in the field, including preparing necessary documentation, coordinating appointments, and addressing customer concerns.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
* Stay informed about product/service offerings, pricing, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiriesand provide knowledgeable assistance.



Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customerservice position is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using SAP software is a distinct advantage.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
