THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're working with a market leading business who is seeking a Customer Service Administrator join the team as part of their 2021 strategic growth plans.
You will be working as part of the Purchasing team who work with factories and suppliers from across the world to deliver excellent quality products to their clients. Thisis a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and a successful and rewarding team at an exciting period as they continuein their expansion.
You'll need to have experience in a similar position such as Purchasing Administrator, Purchasing Coordinator, Logistics Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support etc and be highly organised and be confident to communicate with customers. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business where you can truly excel.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* Assisting the purchasing team inpreparing for product selection meetings
* Monitoring all orders from product development to delivery
* Maintaining relationships with suppliers
* Assist in creating packaging artworks
* Creating new products on the stock management system and website
* Raising purchase orders
* Overseeing the administration of the stock management system and website
* Liaising with internal departments for product marketing and photography requirements
* Updating the project management system and working with colleagues to ensure departmental deadlines are met
* Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure the smooth delivery of products
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* Experience within a Purchasing Administrator / Purchasing Coordinator / Logistics Administrator / Customer Service / Sales Administrator / Order Processor / Order Processing background is essential
* Proven relationship builder
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
* Excellent customer service/ care skills
* Competent in MS packages and CRM systems advantageous
