CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
SALISBURY
Up to £25,000 + BONUS + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + PROGRESSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're supporting a leading business located in Salisbury who is looking to recruitan experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team as part of their rapid expansion plans. As a company, they've experience significant growth since their inception and they're continuing to experience year on year growth.
Now is the perfecttime to jump on board with this fantastic business as a Customer Service Administrator where you will be handling enquiries from customers looking to make bookings or check availability and pricing.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be following up on client enquiries over phone and email, send information out to customers, convert sales and process bookings. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious Graduate or someone from a Sales / Customer Service / Account Manager/ Recruitment Consultant / Telesales / Business Development / Estate Agent or similar client facing role who is looking for a new challenge!
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* Following up on client enquiries
* Making calls to clients whohave enquired about products and services
* Establishing clients' requirements and needs and giving them relevant information* Providing clients with pricing and booking
* Building strong relationships with multiple contacts in each business
* Handling all queries from your clients and assisting Key Account Managers in handling queries from their clients
* Ensuring yourclients are kept up to date on the status of their queries at all times
* Upselling and cross selling to existing customer toincrease revenue
THE PERSON:
* Experience within a Customer Service Administrator / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator / Inbound Sales / Sales Support Role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Computer literatewith MS Office and other systems
* Driven individual who loves working to targets and goals
