ABINGDON, OXFORDSHIRE

£19,000 PER ANNUM + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS + STRONG PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due to growth of the business I am currently recruiting for my client based in Abingdon for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. My client are a luxury furniture business who have stores across the UK. This role will be working within their Head Office.

The role is to support the Aftercare Manager and Aftercare Office Manager with customer service and administration duties for all plumbing and electrical jobs, providing the highest quality customer service to both clients and customers.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a successful and well-established business. They are looking for someone who has previous experience in Customer Care, preferably in the Construction/Plumbing industry. In return you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £22,000 + lucrative benefits and strong career progression.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Handle internal and external B2B and Interior Design customer enquiries and complaints via telephone, fax, letter and e-mail in an efficient and timely manner.
* To take full ownership of a customer's enquiry and be positive and proactive in finding a solution.
* To meet and exceedindividual and team targets, KPIs and department objectives.
* To maintain our service level agreement for calls, written communication & web queries.
* To feedback customer comments and issues and find creative solutions and suggestions to recurring problems
* Support Trade Sales team based in London at all levels.
* Manage call overflow at busy times.
* Respond toinbound telephone calls from clients.
* Deal with internal and external emails and prioritise urgency; order enquiries, stocktransfers, delivery, warehouse collections.
* Respond to stock enquiries, stock availability, stock suitability
* Reconcileaccounts/orders daily on Internal CRM software
* Manage International orders' shipping quotes and VAT admin.



CUSTOMERSERVICE ADVISOR - THE PERSON:

* Previous experience in Customer Service within a Call Centre or Customer Service environment* Strong Administration skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Be able to work under pressure and priorities workload
* Be able to handle difficult situations, calmly and efficiently.
* StrongIT skills including programmes such as Word / Excel / Outlook
* Be able to work independently and well as part of a team
