THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively working with a fast growing and successful business who have recently received new investment and are already seeing huge increases in demand and business! Due to this increased demand, they are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their rewarding team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone withsimilar experience in a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Administrator / Sales Advisor / Sales Executive / Call Centre / Contact Centre role.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:
* Handling customer queries over phone, email and live chat* Updating and maintaining the internal systems
* Responding to enquiries customers make on the website
* Providing customers with information around products, pricing and availability
* Calling customers to follow up overdue payments
* Providinggeneral sales admin support to the sales team
THE PERSON:
* Experience in a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Administrator / Sales Advisor / Sales Executive / Call Centre / Contact Centre role is essential
* An excellent communicator who feels comfortable speaking with customers on the phone, via email and online webchat
* Must be a confident individual who iskeen to grow with the company
* Tech savvy with the ability to provide basic levels of IT Support to the office
* Computerliterate and able to pick up new systems quickly
