The Role

My client, a global manufacturer, is urgently seeking an experienced B2B Customer Success Agent with fluency in German, to join their team based in Cavan. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid and remote options available.

As theCustomer Success Agent, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic relationship building and data-driven insights.



Tasks & Duties

* Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by enhancing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and handling high-level feedback.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs, aligning services and solutions effectively while acting as the internal 'voice of the customer.'* Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Technical teams to enhance the customer experience and provide insightsto improve the platform or services.
* Manage your own book of customers, driving growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and following up on inbound leads.
* Work with Customer Service and Transaction Service to handle administrative requests from customers.
* Provide insights from customers to the product management team to help improve the platform or services.
* Partner with the marketing team to develop case studies or testimonials.



Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

* Fluency in German is essential.
* At least 1 year experience in sales/sales support.
* Previous experience handling customer queries via phone and in person.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong IT skills with experiencein TradeIt, HubSpot, RingCentral, Front and Microsoft Power BI a distinct advantage.
* Ability to analyse data and leverage insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
* While remote options are offered, candidates must currently reside inIreland with full working rights.
