Description:
Our well-established client in Co.Roscommon is currently looking for full-time Dispatch Administrator
The Role:
* Working closely with management team on day-to-day basis
* Scheduling of deliveries, optimising of transport and processing orders
* Daily Cash reconciliations
* General administrative duties including answering phones and dealing with customer queries
* Management of the Dispatch reports
* Report any issues that may arise
* Ad-hoc documentation and data processing including delivery dockets and timesheets
* Operate office in efficient and safe mannerRequirements:
* Good customer service experience
* Great Attention to Detail
* Previous experience in similar role* Strong IT skills including typing, organising
* Ability to prioritise workload, deal with urgent client needs, and independently manage multiple tasks
* Good team player
This is a temporary full-time position on week-to-week basis.
