You will need to speak fluent Dutch (Native level) have fluent English and be ready to represent one of the worlds largest online payment systems. You will be assisting the Dutch speaking customer market with issues with their online purchases.
The role of a Dutch speaking Support advisoris to support both online retailers as well as consumers from the Netherlands with refunds, payments that have not been processed correctly or un authorised withdrawals from their account.
You will be speaking over the phone and e mail to the Dutch market creating claims for customers from Dutch speaking customers.
You will take the customer through the whole journey from initial claim through to resolution
The team is Belfast is has around 50 staff all supporting both the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
Will be required to work shift patterns, however the latest you will finish every day is 6pm.
You will also be required to work 1 weekend a month but will have 2 days off mid week.
The ideal candidate will speak fluent Dutch to mother tonguestandard as well as read and write to either C1 or C2 standard together with at least B1 English too.
