The Role
My client, a well-established Casino is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join their team in Santry, Dublin9. This is a full time, permanent, on-site based position.
As the Duty Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the casino floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for the members. You will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and strong customer service experience.
Tasks & Duties
* Lead and motivate the casino staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment* Provide guidance and support to team members
* Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that staff members are well trained toperform their duties efficiently
* Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff to interact with members in a professional manner
* Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the member and the casino
* Monitor all casino operations
* Handle and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the shift
* Maintain a secure and safe environment for members and staff by implementing security and health and safety protocols
* Monitor cash handling procedures, transactions and payouts to prevent fraud and errors
Please note that this venue is open 24/7 and you will be working 12 hour shifts. The shifts are 10am to 10pm and 10pm to 10am
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
* Previous experience managing teams effectively.
* Previous experience in cash handling is essential.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
* Candidates must currently reside inIreland with full working rights.
