Description:
Role - HR Application Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics365
Location - Birmingham - hybrid working
Salary - Upto £55,000 basic
Key Responsibilities
* Using Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O and working closely with our HRSolution Architect, you will take responsibility for the work stream items assigned to you
* Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand critical requirements and present solutions in the form of process design, software configurations, customisations, and integrations
* Suggest best practices, as part of functional design documents, for solution gaps, integrations,data migration, user roles, and reporting
* Define and implement innovative solutions to align with complex business requirements
* Provide leadership, by working closely with project managers and other key stakeholders in the business, to help drive user understanding and adoption of the new system
About you
* You are a HR application specialist who has worked on designing and delivering HR Solutions, who has a good understanding of HR solutions and ideally payroll solutions too.
*You should have a strong understand of the full lifestyle experience including: requirement gatherings, design and implementation, business process analysis, workshops, testing and training.
* Experience designing and delivering human resource solutions(essential)
* Background in designing and delivering payroll solutions (desirable)
* Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O (desirable)
* Strong engagement, influencing, and communication skills
* Full lifecycle experience: workshops, requirement gathering, functional design, business process analysis, implementation, testing, go-live, and training
