THE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited are supporting a leading drinks vendor based in Kensington who are seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Advisorto take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced e-commerce customer service advisor to join a rapidly expanding national business, and lead a small team of passionate drinks enthusiasts.
THE ROLE:
* Oversee the day to day operations of the customer service team
* Respond to email enquiries from customers
* Monitor TrustPilot and Google review services, responding in a timely and professional manner
* Take ownership of customer issues, following problems through to resolution
* Monitoring and reporting on various KPI's
* Manage sales enquiries, payment and billing enquiries
* Outbound calling to existing and prospective businesses in pursuit of new accounts
THE PERSON:
* Must have online customer service / e-commerce experience
* Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
* Experience in handling Freshdesk, TrustPilot and LivePerson (chat)
* Awareness of the industry's latest technology trends
* Solid experience of inventory management systems (DeFacto) and warehouse processes
* Strong client facing and communication skills
