ECOMMERCE SALES ADMINISTRATOR
AINTREE, LIVERPOOL
£20,000 to £25,000 + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively working with a long established and successful business which has many years of heritage and continues to grow year on year. They've traded profitably right throughout Covid and the plan for growth in 2021 & 2022 is set to be huge.
As a result, they're seeking an confident, driven and hungry individual to jump on board with the team. This unique role has three areas of key responsibilities:1) managing sales via their ecommerce web shop, 2) Providing admin and customer service support for the internal sales team, 3) providing basic IT Support to the team (with support from an external IT Support company).
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with similar experienceor a recent Graduate (or someone of graduate calibre) who is driven and ambitious.
THE ECOMMERCE SALES ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:* Working within a busy office-based position
* Responsible for the online ecommerce web shop orders and ensuring they areprocessed efficiently
* Monitoring orders and ensuring deliver promises are met
* Checking payments have been received and cleared before organising dispatch
* Updating and maintaining the internal systems
* Book transport for orders using preferred transport supplier
* Monitor returns and ensure refunds are processed.
* Conduct Market research on all online products* Assist Marketing department in creating relevant mail shots for shop products.
* Ensure orders/clients are monitored with details for potential further business passed to relevant reps.
* Monitor stock to ensure top sellers are always available.
*Put away correctly all goods received for the stock containers and counter
* Providing general IT Support to the office, suchas basic issues such as Printer issues, internet issues, software faults. Troubleshooting and liaising with the external IT Support company
* Providing general sales admin support to the sales team
THE PERSON:
* Experience in a Customer Service and/or Administrator position within an Online Ecommerce business
* An excellent communicator who feels comfortable speaking with customers face to face, on the phone, via email and online webchat
* Must be a confident individual who is keen to grow withthe company
* Tech savvy with the ability to provide basic levels of IT Support to the office
* Computer literate and ableto pick up new systems quickly
