Description:

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant is required to support x2 Global Vice Presidents in a busy, fast pacedand creative environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a wider EA/PA community and join a company who are leaders in their field.

We are looking for an experienced EA/PA who, ideally is available immediately or within a 4 week noticeperiod, who has an excellent track record supporting an international VP, Director or CEO with a strong background in FMCG/Pharma.

This role is based on-site, in the office 5 days a week working Monday-Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm in West London (South Ealing/Brentford area) with excellent transport links and some parking on-site. Along with plenty of fantastic blue-chip benefits youwill be reward with a salary up to £44,000 p.a.

The office is fantastic with plenty of open spaces, heaps of natural light, break out areas and a really cool contemporary feel with a real buzz. The role also offers lots of areas for progression and development.

The successful EA/PA MUST have the following:

* Experience in supporting a Global VP/Director level;
* Highlyproficient in all MS Office packages including PowerPoint
* Excellent co-ordination, organisation and presentation skills
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and confidential issues/materials
* Positive, energetic and proactive

Your duties as EA/PAinclude:

* Arranging international, multi destination travel including transportation, VISAs and itineraries
* Managing busy complex ever changing diaries
* Arranging a variety of meetings and ensuring all paperwork is provided
* Produce briefing papers, reports and presentations
* Manage the processing of expenses, invoices and credit card statements
* Handle all correspondence
