* Executive Assistant to Global Sales Lead
* Up to £47,000 per annum
* Initial temporary contract until June 2024 but will be a full 18 month contract
* Fully remote workingThis is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the biggest brands in technology and we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the EMEA Sales Sector. You will assist 1 Global Sales Lead based in EMEA as well as some Sales Team Support.
The role is working fully remotely and will be working a 40 hour week.
Key tasks include:
* Managing the Calendar and accommodating day-to-day meeting requests and evaluating levels of priority
* Anticipating participationin key events/meetings
* Contacting key meeting stakeholders to evaluate needed attendance
* Planning and organizing Leadership team meetings and conference calls
* Organise Customer, Partner, Press & Government meetings/calls
* Region visits:full process from preliminary briefing call to thank you letters, including full backgrounders.
* Subsidiary internal meetings/events
* Interviews (internal & external) with HR and recruiting agencies
* Ensuring all necessary details are available (travel, location, conference call, briefings, etc.)
* Arranging travel incl. ownership of expense/travel reports
* Raising travel PO's for offsite events
* Control paper workflow: daily signing of documents, sorting of delivered mail and periodicals
Team related event organization/management as well as tasked events from the senior EA:
* Selecting right venuein light of event characteristics (participants, time & purpose)
* Evaluating the need of outside resources (events agency, etc.)
* Managing the logistics (invitation, registration, catering, AV, meeting room setup)
* Ensuring meeting materials requested are provided
* Scheduling and co-ordination of meetings, including logistics, catering, briefings if necessary, etc;Preparation of meeting agenda's.
* Taking of meeting notes at management meetings and the distribution thereof to the LT's direct reports.
* Scheduling of management team strategy sessions, handling of travel, logistics, taking of notes and the distribution thereof.
* Co-ordinating executive visits to the subsidiary from the region. Arrange their schedules, briefing documents, travel arrangements, logistics, welcome them to the building and act as a main point of contact.
* Assisting with worldwideevents from attendee lists, to travel logistics with our in-house travel agency, ensure policies are adhered to.
Skillsand experience required:
* 3-5 years experience in a similar role supporting executives in a corporate environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
* Flexibility and confidentiality
* Excellent computer literacyin a wide range of software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Proactive and fast learner
*Dealing with ambiguity
